Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on line store, click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to fulfil your order.
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Access, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch and Connect.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, postal mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
Delivery within mainland UK is currently FREE OF CHARGE!!
Delivery to Europe Union Member States £15.00
Delivery of childrens shoes to the UK will be subject to a £3.00 per pair surcharge.
The above prices are based on one pair of shoes, however we do offer discounted rates for multiple purchases.
Note that destinations are restricted to the UK and the major European Union countries.
Delivery Schedule
We endeavor to fulfil UK orders within 7 working days. For overseas orders we advise 14 days. If the order is available and required urgently we can discuss alternative shipment details. Should a product be out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email.
Back Orders
All products are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and may be offered an alternative colour or later delivery date.
Tax Charges
The prices shown on our pages are the same for all people regardless of their country of purchase.

Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of despatch in its original "unworn condition" and we will refund the product price. This will not include your postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
